Please read this document carefully. By using 372’s services, you agree to comply with all terms and conditions stated herein. These terms take effect immediately upon your registration or access to the platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering, or using any services offered by 372 through our website or mobile app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our platform.

These terms constitute a legal and binding agreement between you, the user, and 372 as the platform operator. We reserve the right to modify, add to, or update these terms at any time without prior notice. It is the user’s responsibility to review these terms periodically. Continued use after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

372 services are available only to individuals aged 18 and over. By registering, you confirm that you meet this minimum age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full 372 service, you must register an account by providing complete, accurate and up-to-date information. All registration details must be truthful and not misleading. We reserve the right to verify user identities at any time and may request supporting documents such as identity cards or other official papers.

Each user is allowed only one active account. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in closure of all related accounts without refunding any remaining balance.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password confidential. Any activity occurring under your account is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please contact 372 customer support immediately.

Do not share your password with anyone.
Log out of your account after each session, especially when using public devices.
Use strong, unique passwords that differ from those you use elsewhere.
Update your account information promptly if any personal details change.

User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a 372 user, you agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You are not permitted to:

Using the platform for any fraudulent, manipulative, or illegal activities.
Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security or functionality of the 372 system.
Distributing malware, viruses, or any other harmful code through the platform.
Using automated bots, scraping software, or any automated methods to access or interact with the platform.
Registering using someone else’s identity or false information.
Engaging in any activity that could disrupt other users' experience or damage 372’s reputation.
Attempting to abuse promotions, bonuses or special offers through dishonest means.

Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension or closure of accounts, freezing or forfeiture of account balances, and/or legal action if deemed necessary by 372.

Payment & Transaction Information

All transactions on the 372 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). We support a variety of local payment methods including major online banking such as Maybank, CIMB, RHB, as well as e-wallets like TNG e-Wallet. All deposits and withdrawals are subject to set minimum and maximum limits, which can be reviewed in your account dashboard after logging in.

Deposits are usually processed shortly after confirmation. Withdrawals are processed within one to three working days depending on the payment method chosen and account verification status. 372 does not bear any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers.

Users are responsible for ensuring that the registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to themselves. Withdrawal requests to third-party accounts will not be processed. 372 reserves the right to request proof of ownership of payment accounts before processing any withdrawals.

Any suspicious or potentially money laundering-related transaction activities will be reported to relevant authorities in accordance with applicable Malaysian laws. 372 reserves the right to hold any suspected transactions pending investigation.

Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property

Liability Limits

372 is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical failures, data loss, or betting outcomes. Use of the platform is at your own risk. In any case, 372’s liability will not exceed the total amount you have deposited in the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure

372 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts at any time for reasons including breach of these terms, suspected fraudulent activity, regulatory authority requests, or at our sole discretion without providing reasons. In cases of closure due to terms violations, any account balance may be forfeited. Users whose accounts are closed due to technical issues or policy changes will be notified and assisted to resolve any valid balance.

Intellectual Property

All content, logos, design, text, graphics, and software on the 372 platform are owned or licensed by 372 and protected by Malaysian and international intellectual property laws. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or exploiting any content without prior written permission from 372.

Third-Party Links

The 372 platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. 372 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of such external sites. Accessing third-party sites is at the user’s own risk.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

372 reserves the right to amend, add to, or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes take immediate effect upon being published on this website. It is the user’s responsibility to regularly review the terms to remain compliant with the latest version. Continued use after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising related to these terms or use of the 372 platform must first be resolved through amicable negotiation. If unresolved, disputes will be referred to the courts with jurisdiction in Malaysia.
